Problems canceling a port adventure…

Is anyone else having a problem canceling port adventures? I am two weeks out so I know I still have time to cancel but it is not allowing it when either me or my boyfriend signs in. I’d prefer not to have to wait on the phone for an hour to talk to somebody so if anyone has any suggestions that would be amazing TIA!!
 
I don't cruise till June, however, I cannot cancel any of the things I have booked. The "Cancel Activity" button is grayed out. I haven't tried booking anything new.
 
The whole system is broken right now. You might also see a balance due on your reservation when you previously were paid in full. The balance due is for the amount of any port adventures or onboard activities you booked. Nobody can cancel anything, people who paid in full now have past due balances, and these people with not-actually-past-due balances are unable to complete (or even start) online check-in.

Yep exactly!! Well if I figure this out I’ll let you know!
