Problems Booking Activities

Has anyone else ever had an issue with not being able to book certain activities?

That normally means your party size is too large/the wrong size for what you are trying to book.

Say you are trying to book an excursion for four people, you’ll get that message if there are only two spots left.

I get the same message regardless of size

Try booking for one person then calling and asking for the others to be added. We did this with success. It took a few days for DCL to approve the request

I've been getting this when trying to book Palo for dinner ever since they opened it up to Silver. Was hoping to get an early PAT in order to try and get a reservation for two but that didn't work out. A little miffed.

I just called Disney and they confirmed that it either means there's no availability or there's none for your party size. Since I've even tried a party of 1 it means there's no availability

Try an incognito window and/or clearing caches if you get it for everything. I thought excursions didn't show up if they were full, but DCL's website constantly changes behavior. Godd luck

Not necessarily. I’ve had instances where I could not book Palo for a party of 2, but was told I could have for a party of 4 (certain tables are set aside for parties of particular sizes). They’ll usually relax that once you’re on board, so it’s worth checking then.
