Problem with MS website tonight?

I was logged in our DVC account tonight. Logged out, went to washroom, came back to log on.

It did a looongg wait on the log in page and then a page popped up saying "Link your accounts" and asked for our one time activation code which is long gone.

I haven't had this issue before. Our username is the same for both MDE and DVC already so I don't know what this is about? :confused3
 
Clear your cache and all your cookies. Then restart your browser, or better yet, use another one.

This has happened to me and the above steps "fixed" the problem.

Thanks! I actually just tried again now and I got logged in, but the site was acting weird (on the points page it had all the copy about points, but the place where my information should be was blank.)

Maybe just another Disney IT hiccup!
 
I had the same thing happen and it takes forever to load. I am not sure what is going on. It is very frustrating!
 

I think they're having issues with their website. Maybe some parts of it are going under maintenance? It took forever to log in and when it finally did half of the links that are usually available in the menus are missing. I figure maybe I'll try again later tonight or Monday morning.
 
We've been DVC members since 3/12 and this morning is the first time I've booked through the member website. I usually call and speak to someone because all I ever read about are the problems with the website. I guess today must have been my lucky day because everything went perfectly. I logged on at 8am, chose my dates and home resort(BLT) and booked without any problem at all. I was a little nervous because I needed to borrow points from our 2014 use year but the website guided me through the process and it was really very easy. We booked BLT at 11 months out, 2 bedroom MK view.
I just wanted to post this to let you all know that it is possible to have a problem free experience on the member website. So hang in there everybody and stick with it. If I can do it(definitely tech deficient) you can do it.:banana:
 
I wanted to bank points on line and it would not recognize my e-mail address. When I called Member Services to bank the points, I was told they were having a-hem...."challenges" with the web site. I like that..."challenges"... LOL
 
Wow, I guess it really was my lucky day because I didn't face any "challenges". You're right though, great terminology!:rotfl:

Sorry you had a problem, I wish they'd get everything solved once and for all.
