I am hoping someone can give me some advice about how to handle this problem. I joined Hotwire and ordered vouchers for Breakfast. They were very timely, arrived within 5 days of placing the order. I was happy. After reviewing all our plans, I decided that we needed 2 more and ordered them on Sept 1. I still have not received them. I called Hotwire, they told me they were shipped on Sept 1, billed on Sept 3rd. But, because of Labor day it could still take a few days. They do not have a tracking number. I called again today and now they are trying to tell me they were mailed on Sept 3 and to wait because it is still not 10-14 business days. I have asked to have my account credited, but they will not do that. We leave for WDW in less than 2 weeks and I anticipate a problem getting these vouchers by then, if at all. I am also afraid to cancel the membership, I read that they will not even talk to you if you don't have a membership number. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what to do to deal with Hotwire and get my account credited? Thanks in advance!!
