Problem trying to book rental car at CAR CARE CENTER for NOV !!

Hi! Anyone else having trouble trying to pick-up & drop-off at WDW Car Care Center? We prefer this to picking up at airport. But both Alamo & National are saying " *No locations are available for the requested pickup city.

that doesn't neccessarily mean they are out of cars. most likely they are out of the cars allocated to the coupon or ID you are using, or a particular class of car.
try a different coupon, or none at all, try changing the class of car, and finally (as you are going during a busy time - the food and wine festival, holidays), try removing a day at the end or beginning of your stay.
you can also try alamo/national at the dolphin, but they are even smaller and normally less likely - worth a shot tho

Thank you for responding.....Well, I'm trying to reserve the day AFTER the F&W ends and I tried using NO CODES or IDs...I can't even check a car class since the sites don't seem to recognize the location info...???? I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but I've never run into this before.......hellpppp!!!!!!

I think I've got it! I was trying to return the car earlier than their location hours! Their hours are NOT 24/7 as in major airports! duh!
