I am hoping there is another mom out there like me. I want to take advantage of the military 3 day prk hopper for $94 before its gone on June 12. Hubby can't get the leave but said I could go with the kids. Going with a 3.5 year old and an 8 month old by myself doesn't sound great. I'm hoping there is another mom out there that would like to join us and we could help keep an eye on the kiddos. I would prefer you live in WA so we could get to know eachother before we go. Is there anyone out there?

What about creating your own group on meetups.com? You make the group for your area - something like, "Disney Moms of Anycity, WA" & see what kind of group you get.

You might luck out & meet someone you like enough to go w/ in June....or you might even meet enuf ladies to make it annual or something.

I met a lot of moms on there in my town-great playgroups for the kids, etc.

If anything, it's easier to control the environment that way....you never know what kind of person you'll meet on the net.

Well I wish I could help, but I live in Colorado. However we are going June 1-8 and I'm always up for meeting a fellow military spouse! Would love to meet and say hello. What branch are you all in? My husband has 15 years so far in the Air Force

A meet up group is a good idea thanks! We'rearmy and my hubby will have been in 15 years the end of next month. I hope you all have fun! I think a group on meet ups for military wives is the way to go!

I wish you were looking to go next weekend! DH and I are going with DD (6 mos) and don't think we're going to be able to do much and none of our family or friends can go on such short notice.

We're NAVY, and going June 12 - 15. My DS is 13, and a great helper.
CPR/AED/First Aid and Sitter certified! If you are there at the same time I know he'd love to be a helper.
