I am was wondering who everyone uses to get prints made?

What are these "prints" of which you speak? :rotfl2:

Depending on the print size and what I will be using it for (competition or personal use) I use a combination of Costco, MPix and Adorama.

Family pictures just for personal use. I could go up to 10x13 in size.

My experience on cheap prints... Costco has the best color management and quality (at least my local Costco does! :) )

My experience on quality prints... You can't beat mpix for quality and color management. They aren't the cheapest, but I think one of the best in terms of consumer print quality.

i like mpix as well although adorama did seem pretty close the few times i used them( and has more paper selections if i remember right). i love imagekind.com for cards, they have a really cool magnolia paper that feels like suede ( $4 or so a card i think but you'd spend that much in a store for a really nice quality card) you need to have a gallery there but you can get a free account and just upload what you need. their other prints are nice but fine art prints so $$$

If I need them quick...a Kodak in minutes kiosk...it's the best quality I've found in stores (roughly 29cents a print) I've been wanting to try mpix.com but have been using Kodak, until they stopped ship to store. I haven't ordered online in a little while.

I've been really impressed by MPix and Costco. MPix usually for enlargements.

For the last portfolio of my photography class we had to print our photographs- even the teacher asked where I had mine printed (Costco).

If I need them within a day or two, I use my local Walmart. However, I prefer to use Adorama.

I personally only use Mpix for anything unless I need it in an hour or so, then I will bring it into CVS and get a quick print. My 2 cents on Walmart is that I will NEVER take or upload a photo to them again. Speaking of my local WalMart only, they took it upon themselves to like one of my photos so much that they used it to make calendars to use as advertising for their calendar prints in the store. They never asked or cared if it was right to do or not. It wasn't until I cornered the manager of the store and mentioned copyright infringement that something was done about it. They took the prints and shredded them (I demanded that I see the shredding done). So again, this was just at my local WalMart, but still, I would be weary of them in general.

Nice that they can use whatever print they want however they want, but won't allow others to legitimately print their own photos. They would not print a proof of a photo I took of my nieces since it was a "professional" photo.

Yeah, sounds like the same people that work here...

I primarily use Costco. I have always been happy with the color and quality of their prints, and the price is pretty good. 13 cents for a 4x6.
