Well, I have started my Disney Shopping!!! Well, sort of....Let me explain. I bought these items because I told Ben that Shelby HAD to have them NOW. Reality is, I wanted her to have them now & when we go to Disney, they can tag along with us!

We found these at JCPenney by the baby girl/little girl section of clothes. They were $20 each with a sale of buy one get one 1/2 off! They had Mickey, Minnie, Pooh, Handy Manny, Buzz & Woody. I wanted to get her all of them, even though I HATE Pooh with a passion, well maybe not THAT one, but at 1/2 off, I could give it as a gift. LOL! I have a feeling next weekend I am going back & getting Mickey, Minnie & Manny. The reason we got Buzz & Woody was she saw the display of them, ran to Woody & said "Awww Buzz (Woody is Buzz to her & Buzz is WoodyBuzz...I don't know why)" and started hugging & kissing him so sweetly. Then she spotted the ONLY Buzz they had left. She has been on a HUGE Toy Story kick, so we HAD to get them!

"Buzz" (Woody in reality) is her favorite, he even watches over her while she sleeps!

Then at Target, I found this cute backpack that is just big enough for her to carry around & hold an autograph book!!! I LOVE it! And she looks adorable carrying it!!!

We have only done Chef Mickey's & Play & Dine at Hollywood & Vine. I know I want to do CRT. My boys will be 11, 8 & Shelby, of course 3. What would you recommend? I don't want to do all princess themed character meals. How many character meals do you do? We have only done 1 per trip.

ADR's...we usually end up doing mostly character meals for our TS meals on our trips. Our kids can be a bit rowdy, so at least at character meals that is somewhat expected. We have eaten at Chef Mickey's, Tusker House and The Crystal Palace. We thoroughly enjoyed all of them! On our upcoming trip we're revisiting CM and TH, and trying out Hollywood & Vine and Akershus (Princess breakfast). Next year we'll be doing mostly princess meals since it will be my daughter's bday trip.

If you're looking for a change from where you've eaten in the past, I'd recommend Tusker House or Crystal Palace.

oh my goodness, she is growing up so quickly!
i'm going with half character meals this trip. Two girly ones (Akershus and 1900) and 2 more neutral-AKA boyish ones Crystal Palace and Tusker House. The other half are more to keep my dh appeased.

But we can sweat at home or sweat at Disney right

Not sure exactly when but probably June for the hubs b-day
that way we can embarrass him! We have gotten into this habit - this year we are going back to the Smokey Mountains for his B-day (love it there too!)

But he's a good sport

We went on a Disneymoon and he totally got hooked! He was actually the one that was like "We need to go - I'm having withdrawals!" AND Nathan will now start screaming and saying look! look! when the WDW commercials come on

I am so excited to see the kids faces when we get there ... they are gonna freak out! We are going to try and keep it a secret - hopefully that will make it special for the older girls! I want all 4 of us girls to go to BBB but Bet will probably be like "ugh ... that's for babies" but Halle and Savy will definitely enjoy!

Savannah will actually let you put her hair up and wear bows now
So I am working on my bow-making skills! Makes me so happy

Shelby's 2nd birthday came & went. It was Minnie Mouse themed. If you would like to see pics, message me & I can send you the link. She also had a special guest visitor...Cinderella!

Shelby is now also wearing glasses. Any tips on how to keep her glasses on her at Disney next April?

April 21-arrive & head out to Magic Kingdom for Shelby to get her 3rd haircut--no meal planned, probably do counter service
April 22-MK, BBB, Pirates League & CRT
April 23-DHS-Hoping for Fantasmic Package
April 24-DHS-Chef Mickey's
April 25-Epcot-Akershus
April 26-Epcot--'Ohana
April 27-AK-Donald's Safari Breakfast
April 28-AK and then head home---1900 Park Fare
April 29-arrive home
