Princess promenade at GF?

Headed to GF for dinner at 5 at the cafe. Iso the promenade still on with cinderella at 3:30? None of the cast members know what I'm talking about and I don't want to to get there that early if is has stopped, and don't want to promise to DD 3 unless I know it is on. Thanks!
