We are attending 2/9th

we have reservations for a early dinner at Crystal Palace at 3:30 and BBB at 5:50, are we allowed to just stay in the park until the p & P party starts or do you need to leave and reenter since they are seperate tickets...im confused?

No, you won't need to exit. There will be wristband distribution points throughout the park. Just take your P&PP tickets to any one of those points and they'll give you your wristbands.
