Princess 5k

My friend and I are registered for the WDW Princess 5k in February. I just did a race n DL, but this will be my first in WDW. We're staying at BLT. The race starts at 6am - but we'll be relying on Disney transportation. What time should we be at the bus stop, I was thinking 4:30/4:45? And when can we expect to get back to BLT? We anticipate finishing the 5k in under 40 minutes.
