I'm wondering if a lot of this stuff is just delayed due to tariffs and no one knowing what is really going on?

True, but the delay may bot be Disney's fault depending upon when it was ordered, and current shipping conditions. I've read some reports saying that foreign merch ships that usually fill the West Coast container docks are just non-existent right now.
