Hi everyone
We usually go to disney in sep/oct but due to me getting another dog hopefully in july (been on waiting list for a year) i had to change our holiday to may this year much to my mum and brothers dissapointment so to get them onside i want to find the best deal possible and im hoping you lovely disney fans can help as may is costing a fair bit more then september so far, hoping it wont be too busy either as september is lovely crowd wise.

Heres the lowdown
3 adults going 4th - 18th may
Want to stay at the Carribean beach resort
wanting the quick service dining plan(got used to it due to it usually being free in september)
10 or 14 day tickets with water parks and more option
Price i have so far is £3,495 on the uk disney site
Flights £589.18 per person ( lgw to mco)

Thanks so much if anyone can help
:yay:
Melissa

Unfortunately free dining has ended for May now. It was available if you booked in time.

Could you go the 6th May & fly into Sanford?
Thomas Cook holidays have direct flights from Gatwick incl CBR for 3 adults £3,078 less 3.5% Quidco = £2,971

3 x 14 day tix @ £224pp = £672

Total £3,643

Your quote £5,262

Cheaper by £1,619, enough to buy extra luggage allowance if required and buy your food rather than the DDP, DDP is great when free but I think overpriced to buy.

This was online, maybe call in a Travel agent and try to get price down if its something you are interested in.

Thanks for that wayneg, that price sounds very very good, not sure i can convince the others to fly into sanford unfortunately - they like the magical express:confused3:) and as im the one changing the month of our holiday i cant ask them to compromise too much more think they may kill me:laughing:
I will take a look at thomas cook though, and we can be flexible on dates that month, thanks for your help

There is a shuttle from Sanford - http://www.orlandocarriers.com/ - it looks like about £40 per person return. Not too bad if you can save so much on flights.

Thanks dbriggsq, i will take a look at that sounds like a good price. How far is sanford from disney?

Sanford took us 40-45 mins, MCO takes us 30 mins.
Milage is about double Sanford 40ish, MCO 20ish but didn't take us double the time.

Thanks, well i think that may be the only way to get the price down so now i just have to convince the others that sanford is an option, have emailed all the disney specialist holiday fims for qoutes too as you never know they may find me a great price:) well a girl can dream.

Well the others were not convinced by the sanford idea:confused3 so had a qoute from magic for less travel for $4,836.87, which isnt bad - now just got to find flights for a nice price.
Thanks for your help. x
