hi all,

i am trying to book hotel at DL. we are staying 4 nights (8/23-8/27). based on my research and all of your helped, we narrowed it down to 4 nights (instead of 3) and would like to stay at DLH. I got a price for about $1,4k for the 4 nights on the disneyland website. I tried to register etc but have yet to receive a pin code. anyhow, i know that webiste is high so i called a travel agency and they quoted $1480! (w/o tax).

my question is: would you recommend other websites, travel outfits that you used with better pricing. if this is the price, then this is the price. however, if i can get a better price, obviously, i will try!

thanks so much.

AAA rates a bit cheaper then the Disney website I found. And if you're just looking for hotel sometimes the travel websites will have the DLH. Travelocity, Priceline, Hotels.com. Give 'em all a try.

Those are the standard rates for the DLH for standard rooms, at that time ($370 per night for each night of your stay)

That does not mean you will end up paying that much. However, if you want to stay there, you should go ahead and call them and book a room only reservation. You may end up getting a mailer with a PIN code, and email, OR there may roll out a public promo at a later date. The current, public offer, of 25% off ends August 13th. If they have another public promo, it will likely be announced a few days after the 13th.

Bottomline, you may have to decide before that time if you do want to stay there. Book a room only, and then, wait and see what better offers come along closer to your dates.
