I understand that Priceline offers you a room for a 2 adults but if I select to book a Disney Resort that I know only has rooms that sleep 5, will I have any problems at check in with my family of five. For example, looking at booking Boulder Ridge where all the studios sleep 5? And if this will work, are there any other resorts that only sleep 5 that I look for to find a deal.

As long as you are meeting the occupancy limits of the rooms, Disney wholesale will add the extra occupants to your room. The family suites at the values, and some of the rooms at Port Orleans and Coronado Springs will sleep 5 - The biggest clue with the value suites is the price (suites are more expensive) - I don't think there's a way to tell particular rooms on an express deal at other hotels, and you wouldn't be able to request a particular category once the PL Express deal is paid for unless it just HAPPENED to be the correct room category when you bought it (there's no indication of room category on the Express deals).

Your risk tolerance may be higher than mine, but I'd hesitate to book any express deal that I couldn't be sure would fit my needs. I'd personally avoid anything that wasn't a deluxe studio or VERY likely a value suite.
