Price of picture pkg at Chef Mickey

Hi I was wondering if any of you know the price of the picture package that WDW takes at Chef Mickeys? I am budgeting right now for our trip in three weeks. Thanks.

I'm sure someone will come along with the exact amount but from memory from our Nov/Dec trip, I think it was about $26.99.

I have my hotel bill upstairs somewhere and can look it up later, if no one gives the exact amount.

We always buy it. I think its a good value for what you get compared to the photos taken at rides and the park photos. I think we got 2 6x8 and 6 wallet sized. One wallet came in a key chain and the other came in a magnet. There was also an 6x8 of the characters and it all comes in a photo folder with the words to the Chef Mickey celebrate song!

ETA...I just checked my bill and they charged me $26.63 for the photo package.

In September, I don't remember if we got the entire package or just some of the photos, but we got: 1 - 8x10, 2 - wallets, 2 - key chains for about $29. (Actually we mixed and matched, may have gotten another 8x10 with the package). Hard to remember 6mos ago, and knowing that I gave some pictures away to family. We took a family photo, and one with just our kids. Don't know how much help I was, but I'd say guess about $30.

They take your family's picture near a Chef Mickey plate, before you are seated. Then they come around to tables and offer the package.

No characters are in the photo.

You can also just buy one picture if you want. I asked if I could just buy the 8x10 and she said sure. I don't remember what the price was, though, as it was a few years ago. They gave it to me in the folder with the other picture of the characters too.

No, its totally separate.

I just booked CRT and they have the same pkg deal.

CRT's photo package is now included as of February 1.

Chef Mickey's and Norway's Princess meals (and Ohana's) photo packages are not included. They are extra.

Can you use your rewards card to pay for the pictures? I will have a large amount, $600 to be exact and since we are on the dining plan should not have to use much of it for food. Was wondering if I could use it for pictures and alcholic drinks?

We got the 8x10 for $14 in May 2005.

picture is free if you ask the photographer to take one with your camera as well. we were there just last week and we did that and it turned out great, and he was happy to do it.

i have heard that if you write the number down that is printed on the pic that you can call later and add it to your photo cd. BUT don't quote me on that.. i have never done it.

I did not do that though, b/c he took one of all of us. then when he was taking just the kids, i stood by him and took one also.

personally, I don't want a pic of the 5 of us behind a plate with no characters, but that is just me. I think people tend to just buy when they are on vacation.

When we ate at Chef Mickey's last Spring Break (March 05) we didn't even get our picture taken in front of the plate! I wonder what was up with that?

Not that I would have bought it - we eat at CM on our first night every trip - I just thought it was odd that we skipped that step last time......

Hello!

We just ate dinner at CM twice last month...bought the photo package both times. We received the purple mats that go around the 5X7s but I've never seen a pic. of the characters, a photo folder, or anything with the words to the song.

Did I miss something that most other people are getting?
What is this?
I would have definitely wanted this! Thanks!
We're going back in May & I want to know what to look for!
