Price Increase the 5 for 3 nights

Pardon me if this has been discussed already. In May we were going to book a vacation package at th DLH in Sept and get the 5 nights for 3. Back then the package for my family was $1554. Now they are booked and we checked the PPH and it's $1650(ish). Back in May the PPH was under $1200...

Anyone know what's going on with the price increase?? It's like a $300 jump in just a month...

When I was planning our first package trip for Sept '07, I delayed *one day* and the prices, across the board, for our dates jumped. Disneyland.com, AAA, costco travel, all of them went up. It just happens. Book when you find a price you like!

Yup this is true of ever hotel chain I've ever dealt with.

I would kill to have the Paradise pier for 1,200 !!! darn, thats an awesome price. MAybe they will go down when the park slows down some?

Pete (owner of the DIS) is out here on vacation, and the parks are just crazy. Everytime he comes out here (except last Feb when it rained on almost everyday he was here) the parks are insanely busy. He keeps telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about when I say that there are times the parks aren't busy.

We booked two rooms on the 5/3 plan for July at the GCH. We booked in early May, now for the same room cat and tickets is $1000 more per room. Glad we booked when we did.

sorry that the price has jumped on you...but like others have said I think the longer you wait you risk that happening. We always book as early as possible and try not to look at prices if we can't book that day. We are always bummed when we go book a week or two later and it's gone up some. GL to you.

If you do not go through the Special Offers link, the price will be different. The site will not automatically give you the Special Offer discounts, it will give you the non-discounted rack room rate.

We also checked our ressie's through Costco and they are them. Not one penny change.

We booked the 5/3 plan for the DLH back in March..just went and check and the package price has not changed one cent...same price we got in March.

It might be the room category that changed tracer's price.

We were going to book using the 5 for 3 deal, and thought we had time since it goes for a few more months. Now, they won't let us use that deal for labor day weekend and charging us the regular rates.
