Will the ticket prices with this package also increase tomorrow? If I make my reservations for the package tonight for our May/June trip (to avoid the increase) what happens if a discount comes along for the package? If you change you reservations won't you "lose" the cheaper ticket prices?

Sorry for so many questions, just trying to decide if I should go ahead and get the package tonight or just wait. I'm not 100% sure on the days we will leave and come home by a day or two...was waiting on airfare which I am still watching, as our dates are a little flexable.

I hope all this makes sense. Thanks for your help!

I just booked my package tonight. The CM said that the packages were indeed going up tomorrow. I asked her what would happen if a discount comes along and she said to just call and they would adjust the ressie to reflect the discount. You won't have to cancel the old ressie and make a new one. If you are going to book tonight you will have to do so online since Central Reservations closed at 8pm due to the holiday. Good Luck!

I don't think the ticket prices are going up that much. If you look on Ticket Mania's website, they are listing the 2006 prices. I checked it out because I want to book our trip as well, but still need to get a quote for an AAA discount. Based on the prices on the site, it looks like the 8-day park hopper is going up $15 - not too bad. I think the discount I get through AAA will make up for not buying the tickets today - I hope so anyway!

Good luck with your decision!

I booked my package today to lock in the old ticket price. I was told I could apply any discounts I came across to the ressie. I save $16 on each of 3 tickets, so I figured it was worth the $48 savings to go ahead and book. Good Luck!

I think it depends. A loaded ticket is showing a hefty increase IMHO. I am recommending to all my clients to make a no money down, no obligation ressie as a back up plan. If you can use it and save great, if not, you are out a few minutes time and will just pay a little more. I don't think 1 ticket is a killer but multiple it by a family of 4-6 and it's a decent chunck of change.

Oh man!!!!!!!

What stinks is I missed the chance since the reservation center closed early for New Years (wish I would have thought about that earlier). I know I can do it on line but I need 2 connecting rooms...2 adults, 4 children... and you don't get that as an option on line. Bummer! (if by some chance anyone knows of a way you CAN get the 2 connecting rooms on line, please let me know)

Thanks again everyone!
