Some other resorts are going up so much, I'm curious to see how it will affect resale. VGC will go up $50/point. Poly $44. That is a huge jump.
AKV and a few others only have a $6 increase.

I'm so glad we bit the bullet when we did... VGF for $165 per point in December 2014. Admittedly we knew the main gist of DVC, but not everything... in retrospect it's ended up being the ideal resort and the perfect price to fit into our budget. I was gobsmacked when I saw Disney is increasing it to $220 per point. That's almost a 40% increase in 3 years.

Will definitely be interesting to see what happens with resale prices...
