Does WDW still do price bridging?

For example, say I bought 4 day base tickets from Undercover Tourist. How much would it cost me to upgrade at the window? Would it still be $90 to add park hopper plus and then an additional $10 per day to add extra days?

If your ticket was purchased before 2/12/17, adding on additional days is a gray area. We don't have much data about how those transactions are being handled.
If the ticket was purchased after that date, look at the gate price for the ticket you want and subtract the gate price of the ticket you have.
