President's Day Weekend?

Anyone know if this is traditionally a busy or slow weekend? We would be there Fri 2/13 thru Mon 2/16.

Also, is the FL Residents Play 4 days pass blocked for any particular dates?

It is traditionally busy (but that isn't stopping me from doing it again! )

I did not see this a black out date on a post about play 4 but I would double check directly with WDW.

We were there last year at that time and due to the east coast blizzard it was very slow until about thursday. We made a last minute decison and left by car from ct on 2/14 with the blizzard on our heels. Stayed at hotel royal plaza got great rate 35 a night on expedia , about 4 days before we left. Orlando was empty and we had expected crowds. Just returned from new years week and it was packed.
