Presidents Day 2019 Question

I was there this past presidents day (came in Thrs before and left Wed after). Yes it was crowded but we still had a great time. It coincided somewhat with Mardi Gras since Fat Tuesday was the Tuesday before that weekend. With Mardi Gras in March 2019, I wonder if crowds will be affected for the better? I know still crowded but maybe a tiny relief. Due to my daughter competing gymnastics at Disney Presidents weekend we are going again. Looking at doing the entire week before Presidents Day again - but we won't have Mardi Gras.

Another thing that may affect crowds, probably in a small way, is that the Daytona 500 will be February 17, 2019. I know that myself and several other friends use this as an excuse to go to WDW.
