President week

How do the crowds run that week. Im hoping all states dont get the whole week off and I could head down at the end of the week and have lite crowds. Any thoughts?

There is another thread floating around addressing this. Seems like most folks expect the weekend before and probably Monday/Tuesday to be the worst of it. Hope this helps : )

My kids are off the Thursday and Friday BEFORE...so we are going that week (missing 3 days!) and running for home before the crowds descend

We live in Mass and get that week off too. We've gone once and it was fine. We were pleasantly surprised that it was not crowded. Now part of the reason may have been that there was a major snow storm and alot of people had to cancell their trips.

we went back in 2000 that week and it was crazy crowded back when Port Orleans was dixie landings. Sorry... but remember that was the year 2000 and not this year
