Prepayment for ADRs?

I was thinking of adding the dining plan, but probably won't have made a decision before my ADR date. I know CRT requires payment at the time of booking - are there any other restaurants that require this? How does prepayment work with the dining plan, and if I prepay now but book the dining plan later, will there be a way to get the prepayment back? Thanks!

Any of the dinner shows also requires prepayment -- HDDR, Spirit of Aloha, Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

If you prepay now, they'll refund you when you pay with DDP at the dining time.

Dinner shows also require payment in full at the time of booking. If you add the DDP later, you can get a credit on your credit card. It may take a billing cycle or two to appear on your statement.
