Prepay 2015 MFs in order to transfer points?

I gonna transfer some of my 2015 pts to a family member. My question is do I need to prepay 2015 MFs before the transfer? Thanks!

Your 2015 dues aren't due until January 2015, so your question is confusing to me.

But transferring points normally would have no relation to your dues. You just have to be current on your dues (both you and the recipient) and the dues are still the Owner's responsibility.

Sorry for the confusion. Not borrowed or banked pts, but my Feb. 2015 pts. So the recipient can combine with his points (same resort) to book 2015 trip. Can I transfer them now? or I have to wait till Feb. 2015 to do it?

You can transfer both Feb 2014 and Feb 2015 points now. You can transfer points that, on the day of transfer, are in your current use year or your next use year. You do not have to pre-pay any dues to do so. You only need to be current on exisitng dues.
