Preorder BOG Breakfast Question

My partner and I are planning an upcoming Disney trip-- we have an 8:00 BOG breakfast reservation that I'm very excited about.

We're on the dining plan so we can certainly use two credits if we need to, but with the pastries included, I really think one entree would be enough for us (and we would both pick the same one anyway.) That being said, I have read to be sure to pre-order to save time. If there are two of us on the reservation, can we preorder just one meal and share? Is this frowned upon? TIA.

This is very doable with the pastries. We barely touched our pastries since we both had an entree. And I don't think anyone would notice or say anything.
