My husband and I are going to Disney in September at the beginning of the third trimester. He loves roller coasters so I am planning on getting him FP for the "normal rides" such as Test Track, Expedition Everest, Rockin Rollar Coaster. I will focus on the rides without the single rider lines, but that still leaves a lot of holes where I will need a FP for something else. Any recommendations on what I should FP? The only high wait ones I can find (that I can do) are Soarin and Toy Story.

FP:
Soarin', Toy Story, Safari, Peter Pan, Buzz Lightyear.

Just a note that Test Trak, Expedition Everest and RnRC all have single rider lines, so I wouldn't FP them.

Are you asking about FPs for him, for yourself, or for both of you to do together?
Because if he has FPs for Space Mtn, BTMRR, and Splash Mtn, you could try for FPs for yourself for easier rides like PP, IASW, WTP. Assuming he isn't interested in seeing them. Then you could both get 4th and subsequent FPs for rides you could do together, like Pirates, Buzz Light year and JC.

At the other parks I see more of a problem since there are fewer rides to choose from.
At Epcot he can ride TT single rider and FP Mission Space and Sum of All Thrills, leaving the 3rd FP for Soarin. You can FP Soarin for yourself, but there really aren't any attractions that you REALLY need a FP for that you can do. You may find yourself not using all of your FPs, or using them on something like a m&g.

At DHS I would think he'd do RnRC single rider and FP ToT, ST and TSM. You could FP TSM as well, but most of the other attractions really don't require FPs.

At AK, he can single rider EE and FP Dinosaur, Kali Rapids and KS. You would FP KS too (if you don't think it would be too bumpy for you), and maybe ITTBAB if he doesn't want to see it. This is one park where you might deliberately waste a FP so you could both try for the Lion King as your 4th.

Was this what you were contemplating, or am I misunderstanding your question?
One thing I will say- DD was there with her DH while pregnant, and the pregnancy + heat and humidity had her just seeking shade and a place to put her feet up while hubby got his thrills.

You could get FP+ for some meet & greets if you are interested in getting pictures of your adorable baby bump with characters. :lovestruc

Another idea- get it for some shows (Nemo, Lion King, etc) - that would give you an opportunity to get off your feet and take on some air conditioning.

Or if there's nothing else you care to spend a FP on, get it for another thrill ride, but let hubby borrow your band to use that FP. You might use that to barter for some foot or back rubs. ;)

Minnie Mum - Yes that was what I was asking.

TinkerBesh - I plan on getting a prenatal massage in exchange for letting him ride SDMT first without me. Seems like a fair trade.

We plan on doing MNSSHP so the "E ticket" rides (Space Mountain, Splash, BTMRR) should be easier for him to do on that day.

Peter Pan was a good suggestion. It always has a crazy line.

I would skip mission space. Perhaps the mild version would be OK. However I would skip it altogether..,.

Yeah I will skip it. I love the intense one and so does DH, so he will do it anyway. No need to FP it since it is such a short line all the time.

I will also probably skip the safari. That is the one that people are most mixed about. The speed bumps in the car don't feel good and the thought of possibly more than on a ride doesn't appeal to me.

I just had this dilemma too. My husband and son will want to ride roller coasters and my daughter is too small for most of them and I will be 7 months pregnant. I did FP+s for shows and Princess M&Gs for us while the boys ride the bigger rides. We never make time for shows (like Nemo in AK) and I figure I will want to sit in a cool space in August.

I would plan on your DH using single rider when possible, and if you do RD, hit the other thrill rides then. I am 6 weeks pregnant and we just left WDW. I shopped or had a snack while DH and DS went on rides I had to skip. In the morning, waits for the mountains were 10 minutes or less. We used FP for Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Peter Pan, Soarin and TSMM. The only coaster I would definitely FP for him is 7DMT if he wants to ride it.
