It's not a bad thing to help out a pregnant woman. It's a bad thing for the pregnant woman to insist that she deserves help, not because she might actually need it, but simply because she happens to be pregnant.

Out of 4 pregnancies, I did have 1 where I had to rent an ECV. It was unexpected that I would need it and the first day of touring left my body unable to keep up with my group. My options were to sit by myself in a hotel room all day on day 2, or spend the money on a mobility device to help me keep up with my group. I didn't rent it because I was pregnant and I didn't expect my group to walk like a snail waiting for me. I rented it to empower myself to be with my group and not hold them back.

OP, I did get a little smile when I read your post--but no, there is no such thing for women just because they happen to be pregnant.
