preferred loops at FW

does anyone know which are the preferred loops? I am trying to decide if the upgrade is worth it, and the "where" will help me decide.

These are preferred loops that I know of: 100, 200, 300, 400, 1400. There may be others.

The preferred sites are in loops 100 - 500,
700 & 1400. This is per operator at FW.
