Pre-Trip Report for Three Princesses and a June Trip to the World, 6/24 We're Back!!

Everything is OK now!!!

I took DD2 to Urgent Care this morning! She was in terrible shape from the fever. Soooo, the doctor looked her over....no ear or throat infection and I was thinking....uh oh...its probably some random virus. Then the doctor suggested it could be a UTI and needed a urine sample. Tough for adults, I was now faced with the task of collectine urine from a 2.5 yr old Well she was a trooper. She did it! And sure enough she had it...UTI. Well, this I can deal with. We are sure fortunate, Praise the Lord, to have today to take care of this. We got her Rx filled and gave her some...she threw it up of course but in any case, she is on the mend and just in the nick of time!


I want to thank you all for your prayers and well-wishes! I believe in the power of prayer so I really appreciate it!




Now I need a....

Just kidding....I have to clean the whole house today so I better get going....and I will post again later today. We are down to 16 hours till we get up to go!

I'm worried about Brooke now. She is saying her "gina" hurts and has asked to go to the potty twice in 5 minutes. I'm worried about a UTI now also. My mom works for a urologist so I'm going to talk to her first and then maybe get a urine sample for her to run at the office.

Wow, that was definitely the Lord leading the doctor in the right direction! What else would have made him think that, you know?

Great news that DD is on the mend.....now back to the countdown how exciting.

You will be there before you know. Make sure to drink lots of water gonna be hot. Down by me gonna be at least 90 everyday!

Glad to hear she is on the mend..those antibiotics are great for those..when I am stuck with one I usually feel better within hours!!

Oh Cathy I'm so relieved she's on the mend. Those antibiotics will kick in soon I'm sure and she'll be lots better. And what better than a trip to DisneyWorld to perk her up. Here's some hugs for her.

Cathy, I probably won't get online again tonight so I just want to say have a brilliant vacation. I hope it's a dream come true! This is where all your hard work and planning pays off. It is so worth it.

Final Update Before We Leave

Well today started quite eventfully but ended quietly...or at least it seems that way....its about 6 pm and I am officially ready. Bags are packed (thank goodness I had them done a bit early as I lost about 6 hours today), stroller is ready, phone calls are made, house is clean. Car is ready, alarms (3 of them) are set, electronics are charged, and I hope everyone is ready.

We are all very excited and hope to get a good nites rest tonight. We have to get up at 3:45 am! Is that possible??

So I just wanted to sincerely thank everyone who has read, responded or lurked around my pre-trip report! I have loved your help, support, ideas and encouragement! I couldn't have gotten ready without you! Yes I mean YOU!!!

So while I am gone, I put out lots of food! I cleaned out the fridge today! We also have a big band playing since its also Father's Day! Happy Fathers Day all you wonderful dads!!!

I can't wait to meet some of you and take lots of notes and pics for the rest! I can't wait to enjoy the three princess and my hubby with the mouse and gang!
