Has anyone done this? Am wondering if it would be worth it to put together a box of our favorite items that we might not be able to get in Orlando and ship it to BCV to arrive before we do. We are taking our kids and both sets of their grandparents and everyone has their favorite coffees, teas, etc. Then we would only have to do refrigerator items on our way from the airport.

I have!!! Worked out perfect. Actually, I had way better service at BCV than I did at BWV with this issue. I ordered from Netgrocers.com and had a box shipped there. We had been in our room 5 minutes and someone from shipping brought the box! We didn't even have to call! At the Boardwalk I had to play phone tag for an hour  But Boardwalk is still my favorite resort LOL

I haven't done it, but have seen it done. Just time the package to arrive within a day or two of your arrival and put your name and resservation number on the package so they know who to hold it for.

When we were at BWV in Feb., I saw a few boxes near the elevators with guest's labels on them.

I have been thinking of doing it for our May trip. We just want to get there and hit the pool our first day and not have to worry about stopping at a grocery store.

We did this last dec at bcv and where charged for storage and handling by the resort. The charge was $25 and I was not able to get it waived by anyone, and I tried!
