Pre-purchase of Photopass for DL

I'm reading that it's $79.95 for Disneyland. When I pre-purchase the CD, how do I get that price and not $99.95?

I was just on the thread you asked on the theme parks board.

You do NOT prepurchase it for DLR.

And it's been 59.95 for awhile now, buying the CD after your trip. (I replied with that info on the other thread)
