Pre Park Resi Question

We are coming in December(16-21). I believe in the past MK has opened at 8 as apposed to 9. If this is the case there is no pre park reservations correct? A side note last year were the EMH more in the morning than at night? I know this does not mean they will have them the same this year or at all with the cuts being made.

Occasionally, between Christmas and New Year's, they extend dining hours to 7AM. But they've also been known to open the park at 7AM. So it's best not to count on PPO if there is an early open.
