Well today is the second day out of 42 that I haven't gone to visit him.. The other day I didn't go was Feb 14th.. I already miss him..He called a little while though and sounds good..They may work on his leg today..They keep changing his mind.. He only has 2 more full days in the hospital
I'm supposed to go to my mothers for dinner..I've been telling her for 10 days that I may not make it..She pretends not to here..This is the first day in almost a month that I haven't spent 6 hours at the hospital..I want to clean my house and relax a bit..I just don't feel like 4 hours at my mothers. I'm thinking Shane can go instead...Plus if they do operate on Eds leg,I want to be hear and close to the hospital..Not 45 minutes away during rush hour..My mother will hold a grudge though..I don't think she understand how drained I am right now

I started the thread today, and OMG!! I cannot believe the emotional rollercoaster you have been through. I am so happy he is going to be leaving the hospital in just 2 days!!

Well,one more full day to go.. He got some sleep while we were there...The pathetic thing is he doesn't sleep when I'm not there so today I crawled into the little tiny bed with him and curled up..He went right to sleep..Of course then I was stuck there for 3 hours...At least he slept

Aw Sweetie, you do what you need to do for you and for your Ed and your kids. Every one else is extra and you can't add any more into your life right now. You try to get rest so that you don't collapse.
