We don't ride 7DMT, so we'll be heading straight to either Pooh or PPF. I've never done either of them without a FP before so I'm excited to see the queues. I was planning to do Pooh first just b/c we will then be heading towards Liberty Square after so makes more sense to hit Pooh, then head to PPF (then on to Liberty Square) but will PPF have a line if we do that? (10 min. would be the max I'd want to wait).
Oh, I should add this is an EMM morning (which we are not doing), and I know that the EMM crowds arent big enough to affect rope drop crowds, but both rides will already be running, so I'm not sure if that affects when they will let us non-EMM guests board the rides.

I would say if you don't have a FP, go for Peter Pan. I've done Pooh with a slight wait later in the day but PP always was at least an hour, in my experience.

Peter Pan. Even if the Pooh line builds more quickly than expected, Pooh would be a much easier to get as a 4th FP.

Interesting........ Ok. Pooh always seems to have super long lines but I guess I'd rather risk skipping Pooh due to a long line, than skipping PPF, so I shall go straight to PPF and try to hit Pooh later in the day or on my 2nd MK day. Thanks, glad I asked!

Last week with our PPO BOG breakfast we were able to ride 7DMT (I realize that you don't ride this). Then we headed to Peter Pan - by the time we got to that line it was 9:05 and the rope-drop crowds had already beat us to the ride - we had about a 10-minute wait (posted was 25 minutes) and a leisurely walk through the queue.

I would head to PP. If you are first in line you might be able to ride and
get right back on line again with a short wait. I am not sure how much of the queue you would actually get to see if you are at the very beginning of the line - it would be a pretty fast walk through.

Pooh will have a 20-minute wait or less for the first 30 minutes the park is open. Peter Pan's wait builds very, very fast.

I'm not sure if that affects when they will let us non-EMM guests board the rides.
According to a couple of web reviews that I've read, they hold back non EMM guests from actually riding any of the EMM rides until RD. They can start queuing beforehand though.

The Peter Pan standby line is also the more interesting of the two, IMHO. You can pretty much see all of the WtP queue from outside of the ride.

I agree with the others, PP standby will definitely fill up faster than Pooh and you will likely have no issue getting a Pooh FP for later in the day. So, I would go straight to PP, then continue on with your plans to head to Liberty Square and then hit Pooh later in the day with a 4th+ FP.
