Folks,

SOme of you have seen this pic, but now I am looking for opinions. I really LOVE this shot of DS and would like to make it our Christmas card. It's not super-Christmas-y, but he does have a green coat, and red turtleneck on. ;) .

I love this pic, because it is SO Ian it just embodies his personality.

What do you think?

Great picture!! Don't worry too much about 'Christmas-y' when you go in to pick out your cards you can add cute borders or stencils if you want.

I think it's adorable and perfectly appropriate!

They have cards for you to insert actual prints of your photo - they are more decorative and "Christmas-cardy" then the postcard type ones (IMHO)....just a thought :)

I really love the picture, he is a doll. Bit if you feel it needs to be more Christmasy, just go to an online place like www.shutterfly.com and add a Christmas border.

PErfect!!!

I don't worry about christmas-y either. Last year our card had a picture of the girls in swimsuits on Lake Michigan.

I think it looks great!

It's great, you should use it. We rarely have Christmasy photos on our cards.....this year kids are wearing their soccer uniforms....last year it was a pic from Florida with a palm tree in the background. When we just had DS he was joined by Mickey in one year's card.

That is a precious picture. It would look great on a Christmas Card!
BTW, I really didnt steal your idea of asking for advice on card pictures. I just posted mine before I started reading here. ;)
Great minds....! :)

I love it! I agree that you can print it with a Christmas-themed border, but it's fine without it, too. A lot of people just use school pictures, but candids are so much nicer.

Christmasy is not the real issue here.......................

What you are aiming at is a personal Christmas card & yes he'd be perfect.:)

Like everyone says.........if you really want to jazz it up to make it look more Christmasy then go for borders etc.

I think whoever was receiving a card made by hand would really appreciate it.;)

So go for it:Pinkbounc :bounce:

I love it and it's perfect for Christmas, I think :)

That would be a "yes"..

Much nicer than something "posed".. :)

ADORABLE child, by the way!!!!!!
