Posting Pictures

Is the photography board the correct place to post pictures or can all of our pictures be posted right here on the CB? I'm confused when I see all the pics here and not on the photography board.

I see no reason why pictures can't be shared here, particularly when they are used to illustrate a point or story. I figure the photography board is more geared towards how/where to take good pics, camera types and film types (do people even use 35mm anymore??) and developing.

I've started wondering the same thing. I understand when someone posts something once in a while. But, every couple of days? It seems that those posts should be moved over to the Photo board, IMHO.

I doubt there is a hard and fast rule on this issue.

But even if there were, some people are above the "rules", so it wouldn't matter anyway.

I sort of feel like the photo board is for getting information and entering the contests. While I do post pictures over there, I feel like I'm sharing my life with my friends here.
