I think it's unlikely. Most guests want to go to the parks, so I don't think it would be profitable enough for them to just open up the resorts, with relatively few guests willing to pay Disney prices for a resorts-only experience. Disney is a volume operation.I posted this question in another thread, but I'll try it here too...
We have a "resorts only" trip booked for late July. What are the chances there could a situation where the parks are closed but the resorts are open? I'm pessimistic about that, but just asking anyway.
However, I think the parks and resorts will both be open by late July.
