What do you mean about using Nutella? Do they use it as a filling? I LOVE Nutella.

In Germany and France, they take Nutella and spread it over the top of a freshly made crepe. Then they fold it up and it's given to the customer. Since you love Nutella, you would really love it on a hot crepe. It's the best. I'm so tempted to take a new unopended jar of Nutella and see if they would spread it on a freshly made crepe or just get a plain one and do it myself. :rotfl:

Third day's lunch was at Wolfgang Puck Express. Very good!

Thanks MickeyMouseGal! That's my Logan & I took that pic the day I got back from WDW in June! He was so excited to see me and knows now that the suitcase means I leave so he likes to guard it still! LOL :)

Mike :goodvibes

I have one that looks almost exactly like him! Her name is Maya. She and her siblings (Betsy and Ross) were born on Memorial day 2003!
They're a handfull, but I'm crazy about them!

Talk about torturing myself. We are remodeling our kitchen and have nothing but a fridge at present, not even running water...I'm home alone tonight (DH working late) and not enough ambition to go get takeout so I am sitting here looking at these pics and eating a cold cheese (Kraft singles, no less  ) sandwich and wishing I was at WDW and enjoying some of the fabulous food! Keep the pics coming, I am taking notes for my next visit!

Sorry, I don't know how to resize pictures, so I'm afraid these may be too big or too little!
Got back a week ago. My favorite, as usual, was Boma! We went there for dinner on 9/02.
Chicken corn porridge, salad, pbj, fried plantain corn salad, lavash
27.jpg

Sun-dried tomato hummus, lavash, potatoes with afritude, falafel, jollof rice. I really liked the jollof rice! Notice the Hidden Mickey from where I dribbled my soup? :rotfl2:
28.jpg

Butternut squash soup...YUM! And I don't generally like squash.
29.jpg

Curried coconut seafood stew
32.jpg

Roasted vegetables, cous-cous marrakesh, fufu, African fruit salad, pap
33.jpg

Fried plantain corn salad, pasta salad, blackeyed peas with ginger juice

Alright I think I will have to get out the cookbooks and find a recipe for crepes and try that out.

Columbia Harbour House-lunch on 9/4/05

Garden Salley Salad-mixed greens with chicken, pecans, pineapple, and feta cheese
152.jpg

Lighthouse Sandwich-hummus with tomato and broccoli slaw. This was very good! I'm craving one now. My friend got the salad, and was wishing she had got this instead.
153.jpg

Chips were my side with my sandwich and apple pie was the dessert.
151.jpg

Sci-Fi Dine In Theatre-dinner on 9/04

I had the Space Monkey-chocolate shake with Malibu rum and banana liqueur, shown here topped with a glowing ice cube and a diet coke in a glow-in-the-dark glass, also with a glowing ice cube. My friend had the Marsha's Martian-vanilla and chocolate shake with Bailey's Irish cream and kahlua. They were both very good!
178.jpg

Vegetable Potato Bake-layers of grilled vegetables, portobello mushrooms, with a shredded potato crust and soy mozzarella, drizzled with port-dijon vinaigrette, and topped with pico de gallo-$13.99 This one is without the mushrooms and pico de gallo.

Chocolate moon pie with rocky road ice cream

Happiest Celebration on Earth-cheesecake with caramel sauce and treats (caramel corn and M&Ms)
183.jpg

Seasons in the Land-lunch 9/05

Chicken Chile Garlic Noodle Bowl-$5.99
192.jpg

Grilled Vegetable Cuban Sandwich-$7.49, side of cous-cous, and dessert was Asian Chocolate Cake. This was the worst meal I had. The bread on the sandwich was hard as a rock. I didn't even attempt to eat it. I ate the cheese, a pickle, and something else (don't remember) off of it. The cous-cous was a cold cous-cous, and apparently I like it better warm. It had cranberries in it which gave it a sweet taste that I didn't care for.
193.jpg

However, the Asian chocolate cake was good!

Whispering Canyon Cafe-dinner 9/05

We started with orange shakes. Yum!
223.jpg

For appetizers, my friend had Sassy Sue's Southwestern Chicken Soup-creamy chicken, potato, and corn soup-$3.99
225.jpg

And I had Don't Say Much Nachos-fresh corn chips smothered with our hearty beef chili, tilamook cheddar, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and green onions-$6.29. I got them without the chili.
224.jpg

Entrees-Jeffro's glazed pork chops-grilled pork chops with Yukon gold potatoes and green beans-$17.99
228.jpg

Cousin Al's Vegetarian Dish-cannellini bean stew, oven-dried tomatoes, grilled yellow squash, baby spinach with garlic, topped with a next of Yukon gold potatoes and honey basil ginger oil-$16.99
227.jpg

Desserts were the Banana Dustbowl-dried flour tortilla dusted with cinnamon sugar filled with Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream, and carmelized bananas-$4.99
233.jpg

and the Happiest Celebration on Earth-warm chocolate S'more cake, chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumbs, graham cracker meringue cookie, and topped with a toasted meringue peak-$5.29
234.jpg

Toy Story Pizza Planet-lunch 9/06
Individual Veggie Pizza (mushrooms, peppers, onions, and tomatoes)-$6.19
334.jpg

Mickey's Crisped Rice Treat-$2.49
335.jpg

We also ate at Cantina de San Angel where I forgot to take pictures. I got a wet burrito (minus the meat) and a churro. Good and very filling.

Favorite restaurants/foods-
BOMA-jollof rice, butternut squash soup, zebra domes, and chocolate mousse crunch
COLUMBIA HARBOUR HOUSE-lighthouse sandwich
WHISPERING CANYON CAFE-everything was good here, the orange shake, the nachos, the vegetarian dish and the dessert!

Least favorite-
SEASONS-not much in the way of vegetarian options, and that bread on my sandwich was horrible. Luckily we were eating dinner in a few hours, or I would have been starving.
MARRAKESH-the salad was okay, but didn't have enough cheese or olives (only one!). The cous-cous was just okay (sort of bland) and I didn't care much for the vegetables.

I definitely think the Dining Plan is a good deal! It allowed us to try restaurants and dishes we may not have otherwise. And with it being free, that was just wonderful! We didn't feel bad if we could only eat a few bites each of our appetizers, entrees, and desserts, because we didn't pay anything!!

The vegetarian dishes were all mine. Anything containing meat was my friend's, but I did take notes, so if there are any questions about those items, I can look it up!
