Ilovewinniethepooh-Did you notice if the shrimp at ohanna were deveined? I've been asking for months but no one seems to have noticed! I'm looking forward to the grilled shrimp but I really don't like them with the icky black vein in them! This could be a deal breaker!

From what I heard today, those shrimp are gone anyway, so no need to worry about deveining. They are showing a wok seared shrimp on the menu though, so you might have to worry about them being deveined I guess.

I was just at Ohana last week and the shrimp are STILL on the menu and STILL grilled. I'm not sure when these supposed changes take effect, but just thought you might like to know.

Cali Grill Appetizers!

California Grill BLT Flatbread: This was devine!! I wish it was mine!

CG Crab Napolean: This was mine, and I gotta tell you I envied everyone else's appetizers!

CG Big Bang Roll: I don't even LIKE sushi and this was REALLY good!

CG Steak Can be Sushi: Very interesting and tasty too!

in the years i have been to disney, i never ate at ohana.
did make a ard for it for september............


like i said i have never been there but already missing the pineapple and carmel sauce. that was the main reason for me chosing this place.

i can't stand soggy bread/bread pudding they call it....

It was delicious! One of my fave CS meals during my last visit. Very fresh tasting food. Though I did like the lamb at the Studio Catering Company at MGM a little better. hehe! The hummus and cous cous were great too.

I totally agree. I had the veggie platter and it was awesome! Everything is served chilled which was perfect fare on such a hot day.

I also wanted to tell you that I love your Avatar picture! What is it with cats and suitcases? My kitties LOVE to play in, on, and around mine!

Our ressie is at 5:50!!!! We are hoping to get out in time for Spectro. I think we will have to show up a little early so we will be seated on time. I have read much about how if you show up when your ressie is, you may have a bit of a wait. See you there. There will be 4 adults, my 3yo DD, and 3mo son. DH is 6'4 and hard to miss! Sure hope it is as yummy as it looks. Thank you all for the PIC's, as we would have never considered O'Hana w/o all your contributions.

Thanks MickeyMouseGal! That's my Logan & I took that pic the day I got back from WDW in June! He was so excited to see me and knows now that the suitcase means I leave so he likes to guard it still! LOL
