Post your Crocs photos!

Been reading about Crocs/Airwalks for a few months now while planning our Nov 06 trip-- and went out today and got a pair of Airwalks at Payless. Im a womens 9-91/2 and the 10s were way too big, the 9s seem good, one big toe pushes a little on the front = but I got them cause for $15 whats to lose!! Going to Fla to visit my Dad for 4 days tomorrow and am going to bring them-- a day at Busch Gardens will see if they will be good for Disney walkathon!

They are super comfortable-- got the navy blue. If good--might try the real deal- Crocs!!

Ok I broke down too and had to buy some. (Too bad Payless doesn't have them in lime green!!!) Ended up going to Payless, if I like them, then I'm off to surf the web to buy the real Crocs!

I'm normally an 8 1/2W shoe size. The size 8 Airwalks had a ton of room in the back before the shoe hit my heal. When I put the strap around the back, it kept feeling like it was gonna fall off. The size 7 Airwalks fit PERFECTLY until I put the strap around my heel. Then it felt like my big toe was pushing on the front of the shoe, but just slightly. Thanks to Payless's buy one get one (and AAA discount in our area!) I got two pair for $21. Got black in the 8's, and tie died yellow/pink in the 7's. I'm hooked. Gonna wear both around the house for the next few days, see which fit's better and go from there, take back the one I don't like.

Now for questions:
1. To those that have both Airwalks and Crocs: Are they both about the same size? Meaning Airwalks 7 is a Croc 7...
2. Socks or no socks?!?! Does it matter?

PS: Zappo's has some Crocs on Clearance right now!

EDIT UPDATE: I ended up going with the 8's. Does anyone have answers to the above questions? I really only need answers to the first one!

I saw someone ask earlier but not get an answer for this, but I have the same question ...... What is the difference between the "Beach" and the "Cayman" style. I have looked at the shoes on Croc's website and can't figure that out. Is one possible wider than the other or something like that? I definitely want to order some of these, as I have a really wide foot. Any recommendations?

My daughter and I wear the same size shoe. I like the fit of the Caymen's the best...woman's size 11. She likes the fit of the Beach better...woman's size 10-11. My foot is a little wider than her's. People have said that the Caymen is not as wide as the Beach...but I found just the opposite. For my size 11 wide feet...the 11 Caymen's fit great! I now have 4 pair! If it were up ti me, I would never put on anothger pair of shoes. They are that comfortable!

That's a good question, and all I can tell you is, they just do! As a matter of fact, they're not that easy to just kick off when you want to take them off - I have to actually use a hand to pull them off my feet. Maybe it has to do with the way they mold to your feet, or maybe it's the material they're made or.

Do you have to buy crocs online, or do any retail stores sell them? I'd really like to try on a pair.. My worst nightmare is shopping for shoes for myself.

The "Beach" model comes in S,M,L,XL sizes. I have heard these are also a little wider.

The "Cayman" comes in whole sizes (6,7,8 etc.). And are supposedly a little narrower.

Other than that they are essentially the same shoe!!

I'm the one who asked earlier. I went to the mall to try them on to see the difference for myself. The Beach are definately wider than the Cayman. They are so comfortable. My ankles usually pop when I go downstairs first thing every morning but, they haven't since I've been wearing my new shoes.

Since I know the difference, I'll probably order more online. There weren't many colors in the local Dillards.

I have the Beach model in a medium 7-8. On Zappos.com it says you should order a size smaller. My regular shoe size is 7 1/2..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For those of you who got blisters:

Were they real Crocs or imitation crocs of some sort. If imitation which knock-offs where they? Sounds as though the payless ones are the best feel from other posts.


For those who've tried both real and fake:
Did you find you missed some of the benefits of the real ones (anti-bacterial etc)? The reason I ask is that those extra benefits sound really great to me, especially as I look forward to wearing them without socks!

I received my crocs today! I ordered last week from Crocs.com so they take about 6 days to arrive. I got the Beach Style, size Med. I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2. I've been wearing them around the house and will try them on a walk around the lake (when I'm walking dog).

What way do you wear the crocs? Strap in front or strap in the back? I'm trying a different way on each foot.

On our trip last June I found that when I wore my Crocs (the real thing) and put the strap toward the front I would develop hot spots on the bottom of my toes. (I think I try to hold on to the shoes with my toes) As soon as I moved the strap to the back I had no more problems. I also have heel spurs and these shoes have taken care of that completely. I have tried to send a couple of pictures of my daughters with their crocs. Believe me 14 and 18 yo girls don't like wearing ugly shoes unless they get the real benefit of happy feet while walking all day at WDW

I agree with the person who said you can't just kick them off. I almost tripped the first time I wore them because they wouldn't just come off. I got me and DH a pair after hearing so many good things. I have already ordered the Athens for me and we are excited to wear them to WDW in March!!

I got my Crocs yesterday from crocs.com after a week. I got Cayman size 8 in Khaki. As soon as DD7 got home from school, she started squealing, saying those were the shoes her camp counselors had been wearing last year. She wanted a pair! So I got back online and ordered a pair for her, DS6, DD4 and DS4. And then, since shipping was already free I ordered a pair of Bright yellow Niles for myself!

To whoever asked how they stay on your feet--the top of the shoe is big enough (i.e. my foot goes in deep enough) that when I lift my foot, it can't slip out and the shoe stays on. Hope that made sense--hard to explain!
