I called Sunday (my 90 days exactly) at 7 on the dot. I was on hold for 57 minutes which had me really worried, but I got everything I wanted when I wanted it. I decided a couple days later that I didn't want to go to Tusker House for lunch so I got online and booked an ADR there for breakfast. I was also able to get an ADR for Le Cellier today. However, I would rather go there on the 18th so if I can get an ADR (online tommorow) for an early lunch that day then I will cancel my other one. The Le Cellier ADR for the 17th is just a back up in case I can't get one for the 18th.

September 12 - 1900 Park Fare 6:45

13 - Princess Storybook Breakfast 11:05

14 - Crystal Palace breakfast 8:05

Tusker House 1:00 (going to cancel this)

17 - Chef Mickey's Breakfast 8:15
Le Cellier 2:45

18 - will be trying to book (online) an early lunch at Le Cellier
in the morning...if I get that I will cancel everything on the
16th as well as my LeCellier for the 17th

I'm just full from reading all of your meals. How do you eat 3 sit down meals a day at Disney? :rotfl:

Yeah, there might be some fine-tuning needed, but my daughter and I will be sharing. If the meal is a steak, she will eat the whole thing, so I will have to eat my share at the next meal. Also, she gets overwhelmed really easily so taking time outs is something that we will have to do regardless. But hey, if we don't want to do one, we can just call ahead and cancel. I think it's better to over-plan and trim it down if needed than to not book enough and get stuck eating things that you don't really want.

the bad thing is since the new booking system requires adr be made 2 hours in advance so even if those are cancelled they may not be able to be utilized by someone else

Those sit down meals really eat into your park time it's not unlikely that you will be spending a total of six hours per day inside a restaurant. You may want to consider cutting it down to just two per day. That being if you've never been to WDW before. If you have and have done 3 sit down meals and it works for you, then alrighty! Glad you were able to get these-lots of headliners there! :thumbsup2

When we did our trip last December, we did 2 to 3 per day and it worked fine for us. But then...it wasn't our first rodeo by a long shot, so we weren't in theme park commando mode. It was sorta nice to stop and slow down a bit.

We were really there for the holiday "stuff", mostly, so the time in the sit downs kept our pace slow. And we would just order light for one meal per day...and were usually in and out within an hour, max. Only the character meals really took more than that, for us.

Slowing down and enjoying things at a leisurly pace is one thing, eating 3 sit down meals in less than 8 hours would stress me out more. Not to mention my husband and kids would totally flip out! lol!

Different strokes and all that.

From about 8 AM til about 5 PM (so about 9 hours), every weekend (and holiday), we fit in 3 sit down meals. Well, the 5 PM would be the start time of the last one. And the ONLY reason we don't do it during the week is because not everyone is home for all 3 meals...on the days we are, we do.

I thought we were talking about being on vacation? And some of the other posters breakfasts weren't until 9 or 9:30 and dinners at around 5:00 p.m.

I don't really care if the other poster wants to eat the ENTIRE time they are at WDW, but let's be realistic, if you are in MK from say 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. are you actually going to spend 6 of those hours eating at and going to and from ADRs? Not likely.

Arrive 8/28 - CS at MK
8/29 - Askerhaus @10:30am
8/30 - Mama Melrose @6:10pm
8/31 - Tusker House @10:15am, Hoop-De-Doo Review @7:15pm
9/1 - 1900 Park Fare @ 4:30pm
9/2 - LeCellier @7:55pm
9/3 - Ohana @5:00pm
9/4 - The Plaza @4:15pm
9/5 - TRex @5:15pm
9/6 - Crystal Palace @8:15am
9/7 - travel day home

Added 9/1 reservation. On-line reservations are really easy:thumbsup2!

I'm just full from reading all of your meals. How do you eat 3 sit down meals a day at Disney? :rotfl:

I was wondering the same thing. Some of the meals are 3 and 1/2 hours apart.

I gotta agree with you guys. I know everybody is different, etc, but.....WOWZA....that's ALOT of food, never mind time! Even my boys wouldn't be able to keep up with that level of eating...and they're all over 6' tall! Oh well...just hope that the poster in question:

-has the Deluxe Dining plan

-has a child (not sure of the little one's age) who will tolerate a minimum of 6 hours of TS each and every day

-has a BIG appetite!

Especially for a 1st trip...this will not leave very much time at all to experience more of Disney than those little red-light flashing discs thingys they give you when checking in for ADRs!

:woohoo:I made all of my ADRs this morning & got everything I wanted at close to the times I asked for & the only one I had to call on was tea at the Garden View Lounge as it wasn't offered online.

Here they are:
9/18 - Ohana @ 8:50 pm
9/19 - 1900 Park Fare @ 4:55
9/20 - Yak & Yeti @ 4:45*added Crystal Palace @ 8:30 am
9/21 - Akershus Princess Breakfast @ 8:25(OOP)
9/21 - WCC @ 7:30
9/22 - Tony's @ 6:45(MNSSHP night)
9/23 - tea at Garden View Lounge @ 2:00
9/23 - California Grill @ 7:10
9/25 - Coral Reef @ 1:00
9/26 - CRT Lunch @ 12:15(OOP as we had too many)
9/26 - Teppan Edo @ 6:50
9/27 - Rose & Crown @ 7:45(hope for an Illuminations view)*added Kona Cafe @ 9:55 am

Now I just have to lose enough weight to make up for all that I'm going to gain after all this food.

Oh....forgot why I originally came on this thread! Our Sept ADRs: 90 + 10 days opened up for us this morning. Online ressies would not accept any dates past the 17th (glitch on MY day, of course!)
