Post where you've stayed here!

Hi there, We've stayed in a lot of resorts, that's for sure. I think the only ones we haven't tried are AKL and BW. The only Vacation Club resort we've tried is OKW. Okay here goes the list, I'm going to try to put it in the correct order, but I may not get it exactly right. We started going in 1994 but stayed off-site. Our first on-site visit was 1995.

1995 - All Star Music
1996 - CBR
1997 - All Star Music
1998 - CBR
1999 - Contemporary
1999 - CSR
2000 - Sadly - no trips to Disney this year :confused3
2001 - Beach Club
2001 - Yacht Club
2002 - Beach Club
2003 - Wilderness Lodge
2004 - Polynesian 2x (one in Feb and once in July)
2004 - Swan
2005 - Beach Club
2005 - Dolphin
2006 - POR
2006 - OKW
2006 - CSR

and for 2007 - We're booked for July 24-31 at the Beach Club. We wanted to go back to the Poly but couldn't resist the AP rate.

Geez - I hope I got that right, I'm not sure. But it's close. I forgot to mention, as a child my family and I stayed at the Contemporary once.

WL.....1998..the best on disney property...my fav!!!!
WL......2003...love it
WL......2007 ..split stay to try something new...bad mistake
AKL.... 2007...never again...nothing special

Sig says it all. I want to stay at the CR again even though I don't particularly care for the theming here. You just can't beat the convenience of the monorail and plus there's Chef Mickey's!

I went several times in my youth. My maternal grandmother worked as the head of housekeeping at the Sheration at Cypress Gardens, so we stayed there. In 1986, my dad and now ex-stepmother took me to Epcot, SW and a few other places during spring break....I know we didn't stay onsite, because my Dad is not a planner.

Now for the good stuff.....my trips with Gabby!
2001 - Offsite for $27/night....not bad
2002 - ASMu ***** (My favorite Value!)
2003 - POP **** (Opening Night Guest....neat, but HUGE!)
2005 - CSR ***************************** (Loved it!)
2006 - CBR ** (nothing wrong, really just not my kind of hotel)

For our upcoming trip we have chosen OKW. I hope to love it! Maggie

I stayed off property all trips prior to 2001
2001 - All Star Music
2006 - POP
2007 - POP

All Star Sports
Pop Century
Port Orleans (Mansions)
Wilderness Lodge
Old Key West
Saratoga Springs
Beach Club Villas
Polynesian is next!

See the sig for my stays. pirate:

Boardwalk Inn was great, but while staying there, I missed the monorail too much. Only monorail resorts work for me.

It wouldn't be too hard to extend the Epcot monorail to the Epcot resort area, would it?? :>
