Post when your Zulily Heys Luggage arrives

Zulily takes FOREVER. I did not order this luggage but I order from them often. Have you checked the status of your order on their website?
 
Well, for me its been 10 business days since I ordered. The website says things are shipped 10-14 business days from order date. Hopefully they will get shipped soon!!!

Nothing here either. Website still says its in transit (says they they have their sale, then order from the manufacturer and when they get it, they ship to you)..

I'm eagerly awaiting mine as well.
 
I didn't order the Heys (but really wanted to!), but yesterday I got my order from 7/21, but another order I had from 7/19 still hasn't arrived. It does say it has been shipped. You will probably get it soon.

I logged in today and it says canceled?! Explain that to me?!

I'm really annoyed now. Won't be ordering from them ever again!!

She said they oversold it. So they canceled it.

I think thats really crappy.
 
Oh that stinks!!

I didn't order the Disney heys but the other luggage. I hope mine isn't cancelled.

Mine was canceled, too. :mad:
I called and was told that they canceled all orders this morning at 10am.
We should all be getting an email tomorrow (as per the customer service person).
I was told that soon they will process a full refund since I was charged in full when I placed the order.
Oh, and they'll be giving out a courtesy $10 credit as a way of saying "sorry".
Yeah, like I'd actually order from them again.

Dang. I was so looking forward to getting new luggage.
 
I just called, mine says canceled too, but no credit on my credit card yet. She said it was just canceled today and that it will take 24 hours to get the info out. We should all be receiving an email about it. :sad2: I guess I have an extra $186 dollars to put on my next cruise, but I was really looking forward to a little something for me for a change.

You got more information than I did! Then again my youngest chose that moment to crack his head on the wall and start wailing sooo I had to get off the phone quickly.

But I feel the same way. I sent an email to customer service that I will not ever purchase from them again and will advise all my friends to do the same. If I can't trust that when I pay (in full) for something it will actually get delivered, it's not worth my time!

It's really upsetting.
 
I'm so sorry to hear that they are cancelling a bunch of orders. I've heard of them doing that on really popular products before. I think it happens because they take orders, then call the manufacturer & place orders with them and sometimes they have more orders than the manufacturers can fill.

So sorry about all of your orders :hug:
 
I just got my luggage today- I got the Tinkerbell pattern, and absolutely love it!

ETA- I posted before I read all the other posts. I'm surprised I still got my luggage if they cancelled the orders, but it's here for some reason.
I'm sorry for everyone who had their orders cancelled.
 
Just checked my email and my order was cancelled too. When I checked the website this morning, it still said in process. I was solo looking forward to that luggage. I was really looking into getting ones with spinner wheels and this set fit the bill. I guess when a deal is too good to be true, you should probably pass.
I won't be using my $10 credit either.....:mad::mad:
 
I just checked my order status and discovered my order has also been cancelled. I sent an email asking why and told them how dissappointed I am.
Here is the response:
