Post when your Zulily Heys Luggage arrives

Got the same email...I was going to do those as an additional gift for our trip now nada - makes me sad WONT be using this company again!

My order got cancelled too! I was a huge fan of zulily - even recommended them on facebook. In June they failed to send me an outfit I had ordered and paid for without ever letting me know. When I called they just apologized and gave me a refund and a $10 credit. That was fine for a small outfit worth about $20. But this was a big purchase, that we had to discuss and decide to make - what a waste of time - and to take our money and hold it for a month and now not to get our product - in such large numbers - this is crazy I am really angry. This is a bait and switch - for all of our orders not to be fulfilled - what a pr nightmare. they n eed to do better than a $10 credit on this one!

I guess I liked that Mickey luggage so much that I didn't bother to read the reviews of this company.

Had I known Zulilly's poor record of actually being able to fill orders, I wouldn't have handed over going on $200 for just a chance of getting something. That's stupid.

I hope they give me back my money soon.

I got the same email and am extremely upset about this. It is ridiculous to take all our orders then cancel it.

I know you are all taking about the Disney luggage from Heys, but I just wanted to share the following:

The Heys Cubis series, I found at Marshalls in my area (MA/Southern NH). They sell a 3 piece set on Ebags for over $400.00. I bought 3 of their largest case, 2 mediums, and 1 small carryon case for slightly less than $400.00. I have not had new luggage ever, but this stuff seems very nice. It is that plastic type material, and it all rolls etc. Just thought I'd share for anyone who might be looking for regular luggage, and Heys has been highly recommended on these boards from what I have seen.

I just checked my order and 2 of the 4 Heys Gamma X luggage that I purchased has shipped. I didn't get the Disney set. I was looking for carryons for the 4 of us since luggage fees are so expensive for us.

Anyway, I hope the other 2 end up being shipped too! Otherwise my DH and my younger DD will have new luggage but my older DD and I will have to use our old stuff.

I just got my luggage today- I got the Tinkerbell pattern, and absolutely love it!

ETA- I posted before I read all the other posts. I'm surprised I still got my luggage if they cancelled the orders, but it's here for some reason.
I'm sorry for everyone who had their orders cancelled.

I orded the Tinkerbell set as well and I have a UPS tracking # Sorry to those who've had their order cancelled.

Ordered the Hays Cars carry-on July 19th. Shipment notice received today says 8/8/11. Credit card was charged on 7/19/11. I'll keep tracking the shipment. Should be in transit.
