Post Disney Let Down and kids

So we got back from a weeks vacay at WDW and Wilderness Lodge late this past Saturday night. We all had a blast. So as we are getting the kiddos ready for bed Saturday night, my DD who is 7 and this is her second trip, starts bawling, truly sobbing about how much she misses Disney, why couldn't we stay longer, why do we have to come back to her boring life, etc. I tried to calm her down but couldn't so we sent her to bed. 20 minutes later, she comes put of her room, still sobbing about it. I walk her back, give her a drink, and tell her to close her eyes. She eventually falls asleep, only to wake up Sunday morning crying again. Since then, she has woken up every morning crying about missing Disney. I am starting to get concerned about her. Does anyone have any experience with this? :confused3

Didn't read all the responses, but wanted to say my sister was like this when we were younger. She was fairly shy at that age, and didn't do much outside the house. She also didn't get to spend a whole lot of time with my dad as he worked a lot, and we didn't have any neighbor kids to play with. In my sister's case, spending more time with our parents doing something - anything - fun was A OK by her. We started playing badminton in the backyard a lot. You know your daughter best, but is it possible she just needs redirected to something she considers interesting or fun? Disney is great, but it's not the end-all be-all of everything. I bet there's something that really sparks her interest at home that she could really get into - my little girl loves animals - horses, cats, and dogs specifically. We don't want a horse, and can't get a dog right now, so we're enrolling her in a summer zoo program. Maybe try to get her to come up with some fun ideas for stuff at home. She's still a kid, despite being an older kid. They're not emotionally prepared sometimes to just "suck it up" as we adults are. And let's face it, a lot of us adults hate leaving vacation too. :) Hope your little girl feels better soon!
