Need help y'all to confirm I am not going to be left hanging in the wind - A-List status reservation question

I booked tickets for me and several friends for a RT using my points. At some point there was a price drop but only if I tried to rebook (doing the change flight option kept it at $0 difference). So I called and they did it over the phone but during the call we were disconnected. When I went online to check the reservation the price adjustment had gone through BUT one of my friends was now listed at the top of the reservation and the contact email changed to HER email not mine (she was one that had a RR# that I included while booking) BUT she does not have A-List status. I became very concerned that somehow our reservation that I made looked like she had made it and I am afraid that my A-List status will not be recognized when boarding positions are assigned. The agent then removed her email and we tried a couple of times and my email finally was listed as the contact email. At this point with just 2 days away from check in (or at least the 36 hour mark) I'm worried that something is still messed up in the system and by the time our positions are posted (24 hours) it will be too late to do anything about it as all the A-Listers will have gotten theirs already at 36h. Does it matter as long as I am A-List and on the reservation? Will SWA put everyone on A-List status if just ONE person is A-List? (me lol) even if it looks like I didn't MAKE the reservation???

Hope this makes sense and I hope someone knows for sure because I'm on hold with SWA and the agent doesn't understand what I'm worried about! Just really want confirmation that even if I'm just on the reservation as an A-Lister that the other 4 passengers will board as A Listers (and of course me too!!)

Thanks in advance if you've made it this far!!

Depends on the type of credit. LUV Vouchers, no. Travel Funds, yes.
If the credit was issued because you cancelled a flight, that is a Travel Fund and can be used to cover taxes and fees.
If the credit was issued because of a customer service issue, that would be a LUV Voucher and can only be used on the fare portion, not taxes and fees.

Just FYI for anyone who tracks……Went live at 7:02 for me. I was on the low fare screen, refreshed at 7:02 & the new dates were there.

Thanks, I was able to book using my flight credits to Bozeman MT for only $213. one way. Very excited for a trip to Yellowstone in late May.

They normally always open on Thursday, changing things up a bit by doing it on a Wednesday this time.

All booked for May :) Hopefully, the fares will go down and the flight times will not change pixiedust: Booking opened at 7:00 am.
also booked for May...return flight $$$$ but hopefully fares will go down and we can get some points back. Debating Early Bird or not.....

I had the highest prices I've ever seen for my route from BWI->MCO and ROC->MCO. Hopefully prices do come down!

I don't have any trips planned (yet) for 2025, but I was STUNNED to see that there are non-stop options available from GRR to MCO! On some days (Saturday, in particular) there are TWO options. The prices are steep at about $500 R/T, but at least it's a start.

I booked with points but holy moly the cash value from MHT in NH-MCO round trip is $550 -Surely that will go down.

I was expecting this batch to introduce the new assigned seating. Does anyone know when that is actually beginning?
