Possible free water delivery from Costco

We did this for our last trip and it worked out really well. The water and my boxes that I shipped down were at the business center. The front desk called them and they brought it all up to my room. I will definately do this again for my next trip!

For the poster who asked about the business center at SSR........I believe this only would apply to BWV and possibly BCV since they both have convention facilities at their respective hotels (not really BCV, but, Yacht Club does) and packages are automatically sent to the Business Center. The only time I had a problem getting my package from the front desk direct was at BWV because I didn't realize it would be at the Business Center. Every other trip (i.e. SSR, VWL, OKW) I just ask for the package at checkin and it's either brought right out to me or I ask to have it brought to our room by Bell Services. However, I usually FedEx the package and I make sure I print out the delivery confirmation before I leave for my trip (I always plan for the package to arrive a day or so before I do) just in case I ever need to prove that it was delivered and should be there.

Just wanted to comment on using Costco for water delivery.

I ordered 2 of the 24 packs of water for our BWV stay in July and it worked out great.

We also ordered 2 more for our stay at SSR in July and only received 1 box. When I questioned the front desk they said they only signed for one box. I was a little annoyed by this.

So after writing letters to Costco they are refunding my money because they said it was refused by the receiver. Why would they refuse one box and not the other. And I wonder why they didn't tell me this info when I called the front desk?

I thought the service was great and would definitely have water delivered again. It was a great convenience for us to have it in our room and very inexpensive.

I love Costco.

anyone know if we can order their Kirkland brand water and have it shipped? I buy that all the time and its very cheap.

Any answer to this and was this shipping free?
