Portofino/VIP Entry Access Question

I've got a quick question... I'm planning on taking a quick trip to Orlando on 3/13 and 3/14. On 3/14 I'll be at Disney and then checking in at Portofino later that night. On the 14th, I was planning on going to IOA. Because I'm checking out on the same day I'll be at IOA, does this mean I can still have VIP access?

I'm only stating at Portofino for the VIP Access and want to make sure I dont blow it by checking out on the only day Im at IOA.
