I’ve been trying to add port to airport (LGA) transfers for our New York arrival in this year’s WBTA cruise in September. The web site lists a $45pp price, but you cannot book one-way transfers, so you must call. I have now called three times, once per week for the past three weeks. The cast members indicate that these must be booked with the DCL transportation desk (that also handles flight reservations) and that they will have them call me. No call backs So far! Is there a way to get to the transportation cast members through the automated phone system?
We want to have transfers set up in advance this time. Last time we arrived in NY after a WBTA cruise, we queued for a taxi and waited nearly 90 minutes before getting one assigned by the taxi dispatcher at the port.
